This letter is the second of a series from Bobby to his girlfriend Pat, written six days after the first letter; it is a charming adolescent love letter, gossiping about another couple, advising his girlfriend not “to eye the lifeguards” relating a recent fall from a horse and vowing, “Darling, your (sic) on my mind all the time.” He signs off, “yours always – Bob,” and adds the P.S., “Don’t read this one to my mom. Huh?” The letter is three pages long and was penned in black ink.
